2.1 Main Website (doxa.life)
When you visit our main website, we use a first-party visitor identifier (stored as a cookie scoped to .doxa.life) to understand how visitors move between our marketing site (doxa.life) and our prayer campaign site (pray.doxa.life). This identifier is generated on your device, is not shared with third parties, and is described further in Section 4.3. We also collect information when you voluntarily submit forms, including:

We use our own self-hosted analytics service to understand how visitors interact with our content on both doxa.life and pray.doxa.life. This is a first-party service that runs on our own infrastructure — your activity data is not sent to any third-party analytics provider (such as Google Analytics or Meta). See Section 4.3 for details on what is collected and how it is used.

4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to protect our contact form from spam and abuse. When you submit the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile may collect certain information about your device and browser to verify that you are a human user. This service may set cookies or use other tracking technologies.
For more information about Cloudflare's privacy practices, please visit: Cloudflare Privacy Policy
4.2 Mailgun
We use Mailgun to send emails to users of our prayer campaign website (pray.doxa.life). When you sign up for prayer notifications or the mailing list, your email address is shared with Mailgun for the purpose of delivering emails. For information about Mailgun's privacy practices, please visit: Mailgun Privacy Policy
4.3 Self-Hosted Analytics
We operate our own analytics server on Doxa Foundation infrastructure. This service collects:
A randomly generated visitor identifier (UUID), stored as a cookie scoped to .doxa.life and in browser localStorage. The same identifier is used across doxa.life and pray.doxa.life so we can understand how a single visitor moves between the two sites.
Pages visited, time spent on each page, and the page that referred you to us.
UTM campaign parameters (when present in URLs).
Browser language, screen size, and your approximate location (country/region) derived from your IP address.
This data is never shared with third parties and is never used for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking beyond our own two websites. It is used solely to understand visitor journeys — for example, whether someone who reads about a people group on doxa.life goes on to subscribe to prayer notifications on pray.doxa.life — so we can improve the experience.
5. Data Storage and Retention
5.1 Storage Location
Your information is stored in:
Our website databases (for form submissions and user accounts)

We will delete your information upon your request, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain data
